A smooth race starts with smart preparation. Use this checklist to stay calm, focused, and ready to perform.

✅ Race bib + safety pins or race belt
✅ Photo ID + USAT license (if required)
✅ Sunscreen
✅ Nutrition + hydration

???? Swim Gear:

✅ Wetsuit (if allowed)
✅ Goggles (plus spare pair)
✅ Tri suit or swimwear
✅ Towel

???? Bike Gear:

✅ Bike (checked and tuned!)
✅ Helmet (required)
✅ Bike shoes + socks
✅ Sunglasses
✅ Flat kit (spare tube, CO2, levers)
