Group runs and rides are included with monthly coaching options or $10 per session.
Tuesdays: Interval Running 7am UNC Outdoor Track Complex
Thursdays: In conjunction with UNC Triathlon Club ($50 per semester): Swim at Bowman Gray 8pm
